� Jim Hackett, 62 CEO It's been an unorthodox path to the top of Ford � Steelcase CEO to college athletic director in order to Ford board to Ford Intelligent Mobility head. But Hackett has become the change agent and human dynamo CEO that Bill Ford desires in an era of disruptive technologies and fast-moving competitors.


� Jim Farley, 54 Professional vice president and president � global markets Farley's purview can be beyond extensive: global business units for example North America, South America, Asia Pacific, European countries; Lincoln; global sales, marketing and program; strategy and business model for hot and autonomous vehicles. You'd believe they wanted to find out if this man can run a car company.


� Joe Hinrichs, 50 Executive vice president and leader � global operations Like Farley, Hinrichs will run roughly half Ford's world: product development; manufacturing plus labor affairs; quality; purchasing; durability, environmental and safety engineering. You'd probably think they wanted to find out issue guy can run a car business.


� Marcy Klevorn, 57 Executive vice president plus president � Ford Smart Mobility The former IT head moves directly into Hackett's old position, leading flexibility services development and investments � in other words, finding the way to the future.

Raj Nair, 52 Executive vice president and leader, North America The former product development main and chief technical officer requires the North American portion of Hinrichs previous post, EVP of the Americas. South usa is split off, with present head Lyle Watters remaining in position. He reports to Farley.


â–? Hau Thai-Tang, 50 Executive vice president, product development plus purchasing The new post combines Thai-Tang's experience in product development and buying. He reports to Hinrichs.


â–? Peter Fleet, 50 Group vice president, Asia Pacific He succeeds Dave Schoch, who may be retiring. Fleet will also serve as mind of China operations. He reviews to Farley.


â–? Steven Armstrong, 52 Group vice president and president, Europe, Center East & Africa. He reviews to Farley.
